All etchings are drawn with a with a needle and on a metal plate covered with an acid-resistant surface. The plate is then submerged in acid, which eats away the exposed metal, creating recessed lines that hold ink for printing. The technique results in printed impressions from the incised lines.
Unless specified, each etching has been printed as a singular copy and the zinc plate has been erased.
